Along with Informatica’s RulePoint 5.1 adding support for IBM DB2 & Oracle 11gR1 to List of supported platforms, RulePoint has some significant enhancements that include:

  • Rapid user onboarding; allowing non-technical users to specify simple alerts and complex rules
  • Broader customer environmental support (IBM DB2, Oracle 11gR1, Firefox 3.6, Java 1.6)
  • Lower latency using change data capture
  • Improved performance; utilizing caching for SQL analytic result sets and web services result sets
  • Extended geospatial capabilities
